Pet-Friendly Policy
We welcome well-mannered dogs at The Vermont Suites, ensuring a comfortable stay for all our guests.
- Acceptable Pets: Only one dog, up to 80 lbs, per room. We reserve the right to require the removal of any pet displaying dangerous or unacceptable behavior.
- Pet Cleaning Fee: For long term stay (30 nights or longer), a non-refundable $500 deposit is required to cover additional cleaning costs. For short term stay, a non-refundable pet fee of $75 per day is charged, up to a maximum of $500, payable before check-in. If room fumigation is necessary due to pest infestation, additional fees will apply.
- Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed in your suite and designated outdoor areas. They are not permitted in public areas where food and beverages are served.
- Pet Control: Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held in all common areas.
- Pet in Room Sign: Place the Pet in Room sign on your door whenever your pet is inside.
- Housekeeping: For safety, Housekeeping will only enter your room if your pet is not present, you are present and can monitor your pet (dogs must be leashed), or your pet is caged.
- Damage: Guests will be charged for any damage caused by their pet.
