At The Vermont Suites, we aim to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests — including those traveling with well-mannered pets or support animals.

Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals (ESA)

We proudly welcome Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals (ESA) in compliance with all applicable laws.

Pet Guidelines for Extended Stay Guests

We allow one approved dog (up to 80 lbs) per room for extended stay guests only, with prior approval and a one-time, non-refundable $500 pet fee.

Please Note:

• Short-stay pets are not permitted due to past challenges and our commitment to maintaining a clean and peaceful environment.

• The pet fee is $500 per stay, not per night, and only applies to approved extended stays.

• We reserve the right to ask for the removal of any pet displaying dangerous or disruptive behavior.

Pet Etiquette & House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all:

• Pet-Friendly Areas: Pets are allowed inside your suite and in designated outdoor areas. They are not permitted in public spaces where food or beverages are served.

• Control & Supervision: Pets must be leashed, caged, or securely held in all common areas.

• Pet in Room Sign: Please place the "Pet in Room" sign on your door whenever your pet is inside.

• Housekeeping Access: For safety, housekeeping will only enter if your pet is not present, is leashed under your supervision, or is securely caged.

• Damages: Guests will be held financially responsible for any property damage caused by their pet.
