Property Policies

• Occupancy: Maximum two guests per room is allowed.
• Appliances: Bringing additional appliances is not permitted.
• Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited within the rooms and within 30 feet of the building. A $1,000 fee will be charged for smoking violations, and guests will be required to vacate the property immediately without a refund.
• Security Deposit: Upon check-in, a valid credit card and a $500 refundable security deposit are required.
• Payments: We only accept Credit Card Payments. We do not accept Cash or Checks.
