Cancellation and No-Show Policies

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before check-in time to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of check-in, the first night's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• In the event of a no-show, the entire reservation will be charged with no refunds. 

Cancellation and No-Show Policies for 30+ day reservations: 

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 (seven) days before check-in time to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 7 (seven) days to check in, the first week's stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• No-Show: a fee equal to a minimum of seven nights' room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged, and the remaining reservation will be canceled.
